Teaching Healthy Habits Through Fun Activities

Good habits are easiest to build when they feel like a celebration. At our "Fruit Chaat Party", children took turns as little chefs, choosing fruits, arranging platters and serving their friends - turning a lesson about healthy eating into hands-on play. They learned to identify fruits, talk about colours and textures, and practise sharing and turn-taking around the table. Activities like this help children build a genuine, lasting interest in nutritious food rather than being told what is good for them. It is this blend of fun and learning that makes healthy habits stick well beyond the preschool years.
